Dark Matter Earth Dimension
Alfred’s “Inter-Terrestrial Aliens Hypothesis” (ITH), published in Academia.edu and the International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology, builds on his dark plasma hypothesis first proposed in 2005: that a portion of dark matter is not inert, but self-interacting and capable of forming its own plasma-based biosphere — a “Dark Earth” gravitationally coupled to our own planet, occupying the same space, interpenetrating our world without our knowledge. academia
The argument is attractive in its simplicity. Interstellar visitation faces numerous scientific and specific physics problems — vast distances, unclear motive, and message content inconsistent with a truly alien perspective.

Why Extraterrestrial Presence from Dark Matter Earth
A civilization sharing our gravitational field and worried about the same planetary stability we depend on makes scientific sense. That, Alfred argues, resolves the travel problem, the “why would they bother” problem, and even explains why so many UAP encounters carry similar “high strangeness” — sudden appearances and disappearances, shape-shifting, telepathic contact, missing time — that conventional nuts-and-bolts alien-visitor theories struggle to account for.

Alfred draws on the British MOD’s own four-year UAP study and recent peer-reviewed thermosphere plasma research to make his case.

Most notably, Alfred proposes something genuinely new: a formal research program he calls SITI — Search for Inter-Terrestrial Intelligence — a companion to SETI that would repurpose existing dark matter detectors (XENON, LUX-ZEPLIN, IceCube) to listen not for signals from distant stars, but for evidence of intelligent life that may already be here in a plasma dimension.
Whether or not you find the dark plasma framework persuasive, ITH is a serious attempt to ground UAP phenomenology in physics, and it reframes the Fermi Paradox in a way worth considering.
