Meet Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, PhD

Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, PhD, is a visionary futurist, author, educator, and consciousness researcher whose life’s work is dedicated to the primacy of natural human consciousness in an era of accelerating technological transformation.

As the originator of Exoconsciousness and founder of the Institute for Exoconsciousness (I-EXO), she has spent decades building the intellectual, ethical, and institutional foundation for a field that positions innate human awareness and abilities—not artificial intelligence, synthetic reality, or engineered biology—as the sovereign interface between humanity and the larger cosmos.

Exoconsciousness

Exoconsciousness, coined by Rebecca in 2006, defines the innate human ability to connect, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings. Exoconsciousness is a human birthright.

Institute for Exoconsciousness

Rebecca founded the Institute for Exoconsciousness in 2018 as the first post-disclosure organization dedicated to innovative co-creation between naturally evolved humans and interdimensional and off-planet intelligences. I-EXO promotes psychic advancement, planetary ethics, Exoconscious space policy, and the continuing disclosure of contact reality. The Institute is grounded in the conviction that consciousness—not technology, programming, or threat—is humanity’s primary interface for navigating the post-disclosure era.

Planetary Constitution

A milestone in her work came on September 20, 2024, with the signing of the Exoconscious Planetary Constitution, a groundbreaking document affirming humanity’s fundamental right to consciousness and recognizing our evolving interstellar identity. The Constitution serves as a foundation for peaceful, cooperative, and conscious interspecies relations—an ethical charter that places natural human sovereignty at the center of space governance and diplomacy.

Plasma Science

The Exoconscious Human Substack’s ongoing Plasma Science Study Course integrates the science of plasma, consciousness, orbs, crop circles, spiritual bodies, human biology, space plasma bodies, and UAP phenomena, reflecting a commitment to bridging frontier physics with lived experiencer knowledge. Rebecca holds a PhD and brings decades of experience as a futurist, author, educator, and experiencer advocate. The author of three books, she also has numerous academic papers on Academia.edu. In 2005, a pioneer in Ufology education, she taught Extraterrestrial Reality—one of the first UFO classes in the nation. She also developed a unique Exoconscious Coaching program for experiencers and psychic individuals.
